Our Brand

Earth Burger was started in San Antonio by restaurant entrepreneurs, Chef Mike Behrend, and Paul and Ellen Evans. The nation’s first plant-based fast-food drive-thru is best known for their plant-based burgers, sandwiches, and health-forward side items.

As they continued to grow, a passion for providing accessible, affordable, familiar plant-based food exploded.

It’s difficult to contain our passion for EarthBurger—so we don’t! From our creative YellowLab ordering system and crave-able burgers, to our community outreach and peachy personalities, Earth Burger is a rising star in the Quick Service industry. When potential partners express interest in joining our growing team, it’s more than just a business decision. They identify with the values and culture of Earth Burger. In return, our team works hand-in-hand with new franchisees to launch their business in order to ensure they are set up for success.
